Brand + Business Strategy | Insights | Customer Segmentation | Loyalty Program Evaluation | Workshops
REAL collaborated with the CEO, the founding family, their investors, and the executive team over a two-year period. We adopted a test-and-learn methodology and played a crucial role in redefining and shaping their business growth, brand transformation, and marketing strategy.
We conducted in-depth stakeholder and consumer interviews, participated in on-site visits across the country, and assessed their product strategy and loyalty programs to gather strategic inputs and insights. We concentrated on concept development and testing to ensure our ideas resonated with the target audience. A detailed customer segmentation study helped us tailor our strategy plans effectively. Additionally, we conducted attitudinal and behavioral studies to understand our customers’ motivations and behaviors.
The Paper Store experienced their most successful quarter in years with double-digital growth.
Six new concept ‘signature stores' have successfully launched, strengthening their national market presence . Additionally, the aspirational brands they aimed to attract are now partnering with them, signifying strong growth and strategic success. The Paper Store refreshed their core brand strategy, elevating their lifestyle appeal and successfully attracting younger Gen Z and Millennial consumers.
"Throughout our collaboration, the REAL team's professionalism and commitment were evident in every interaction. They felt like an extension of our team and helped shape our company’s strategy towards a future success”
