What we did

REAL interviewed brand executives, partner agencies, lead designers, team members, and loyal guests to determine how far the brand could push itself. We also interviewed global tastemakers who were leaders in music, art, fashion and sustainability. We uncovered that while sustainability was core to the brands ethos and mission there were other exciting opportunities to redefine luxury through a sustainable lens.

What we found

We identified key opportunities for the global business, including breakthrough and first-mover advantages in brand positioning, product expansion, design, and guest experiences. Our efforts helped shape, translate, and amplify these brand opportunities, culminating in a presentation at the company’s annual global conference. This work also laid the foundation for creating the brand’s new visual identity.
